We trust in God
Our faith, trust and hope are in Christ. God’s Word guides our decisions, and prayer keeps us dependent on Him.

ABOUT FAMILY RADIO
A Kenyan Christian radio family sharing the message of Jesus through music, honest conversation and teaching for everyday life.
WHO WE ARE
John 3:16 is at the heart of our name and purpose: sharing God’s love with every listener.
In 2008, Family FM took on a new identity as Radio 316. Since then, the station has grown into a leading Christian voice serving Kenya and East Africa with inspiring, informative, entertaining and caring radio.
We play a rich variety of gospel music and share the good news of hope, peace and love. Teaching from voices including Chuck Smith, Joyce Meyer, Joseph Prince and Joel Osteen complements programmes led by our dedicated presenters-content created to speak life and serve the whole family.
Our self-driven team is committed to making a positive difference. Just as God loved the world, Family Radio carries that same message of love and care to listeners every day.
OUR MISSION
To create and publish compelling media across every possible channel-inspiring and encouraging people to build a meaningful relationship with Christ and grow in Jesus every day.
WHAT GUIDES US
Five principles shape how we serve our listeners, work together and tell stories that matter.
Our faith, trust and hope are in Christ. God’s Word guides our decisions, and prayer keeps us dependent on Him.
We serve an extraordinary God and give our best to media that carries His life-changing message.
Fresh ideas, personal initiative and having fun make our work and lives more meaningful.
We challenge ourselves, each other and the ministry to realise the potential God has given us.
It is not about us. We depend on Christ and point every success back to Him.
