Why Make Disciples?

Romans 10:14-15 Amplified Bible (AMP)
14 But how will people call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher (messenger)? 15 And how will they preach unless they are commissioned and sent [for that purpose]? Just as it is written and forever remains written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!”

Jesus came proclaiming the good news that we could again be part of Gods kingdom. He came to let us know that the very thing we had lost when Adam and Eve walked in disobedience in the garden, he, Jesus, came to restore. He came to let us know that we could have life and life in abundance, that we no longer had to live under the yoke of slavery but that we could walk in freedom because he was able to set us free in deed!
Why should we make disciples for Jesus? Because the world needs to not only hear this good news, they also need to see and experience fellow men like them live this kind of life.
People need to hear so that they can believe, they need to see and experience this good news, living life on a whole different level.

God so loved the world the bible says that He gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. We make disciples because everyone needs to hear this message, a message of love and acceptance, a message of freedom and liberty, a message of acceptance.

People not only need to know, but they need to see a demonstration and experience the love of God who lives in us his disciples, we are His representatives here on earth. When people see us or interact with us then they should experience God.

That is why we must make disciples!
