Creating new beginnings: Your Future Your Responsibility

Joshua 1:8 AMP
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall read [and meditate on] it day and night, so that you may be careful to do [everything] in accordance with all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will be successful.

One interesting thing I have discovered about life is that it is made up of templates so that we can reproduce easily. You don’t have to keep reinventing the wheel, just find the template. Adam and Eve were the templates for humanity, male and female He created them, and all of us came from them God did not have to create again. When it comes to creating a new beginning, we do not have to reinvent the wheel, God has given us a template and we find it in Joshua 1:8. God is basically telling Joshua, if you want to be prosperous and very successful, this is his you do it, this is the template to follow and if you do this then you will make your way successful, take responsibility.

Personal responsibility, God is telling Joshua, whether you succeed or not is not dependent on me, it depends on you because you now have the template. If you follow the template you can never fail because the template is full proof. The same still applies to you a and I today. To create a new beginning, one that will be prosperous and very successful we must read the word, meditate on it, speak it and do as it says.
We read it so that we can know Gods thoughts and promises over our life, we read it because it is the manual of life. We meditate upon it so that our minds can be renewed and we can begin to think differently because as a man thinks so is he. We speak it so that we can exercise the authority that we have been given through it we are kings and priests and kings make decrees. We do as it says because it is the road map of life and in walking according to it we find prosperity and success each time every time. So, the choice is yours to make, you have the blue print, what are you going to do with it.

Reflective Thoughts
Life consists of templates for us to follow so that we can reproduce, what are some of the templates you can see?

Have you ever considered Joshua 1:8 to be the template of prosperity and success? What will you do about it?
